So, along with eating fresh meals, you’ll be able to dive into the wealth of knowledge and insights, accompanied by practical tips to elevate your kitchen confidence like a boss.

Here’s how to earn:
- Pick an activity from any or all of the categories to do.
- Once you have completed the activity, snap a photo, share it in the challenge group chat, and earn points! (Get bonus points if you share on social media or attend events live!)
- The goal of this challenge is to help you gain a clear understanding of meal planning from a diet-free perspective, nourish your body with food, and foster confidence in the kitchen.
- You can earn up to 3 points daily, ONE POINT PER category. So, the more categories you participate in each day, the more points you earn!

Choose to do an activity from AT LEAST ONE category per day and share it in the chat for points! We have shared a few examples, but you are not limited to this!

To understand the flexibility of the meal planning process! Goal: Feel free to share photos of your recipes, meal prep planners, and grocery carts. Whether you’re a master chef or a novice cook, your tips and tricks could be what someone else needs to dust off their kitchen utensils. |

To energize the process and show us how you are making your meal prep happen! Goal: Capture moments where you are selecting the freshest ingredients, chopping and dicing them up, cooking your meals with passion, or shamelessly ordering your meals and meal components. |

To encourage consumption and consistency! Goal: Share a photo of your final meal prep product with a beauty shot! Don’t worry about perfection when sharing a photo of your meal prep. The beauty is in the delicious, nourishing flavors you’ll enjoy. |
How to share
Sharing your activities is easy! Just navigate to the “Post & Learn” section above, select the “14-Day Meal Prep Challenge,” and share a photo video of you participating in your category activity directly in the feed! Please avoid multiple posts for a single category in a day and combining categories in a single post.
