This ain’t your average gym bend and stretch – we’re bringing the outdoor energy that will get your body movin’ and groovin’. No matter your fitness level, beginner or experienced, this is your chance to feel good, connect with other WOC, and leave feeling ready to take on the world! What to bring for the workout?
- Comfy workout clothes that let you move (think leggings that won’t quit and a sports bra that’s your bestie)
- A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated
- A hat and some sunscreen to protect that beautifully melanated skin
